Tevrix engages a small number of carefully selected sub-processors to deliver the Service. This page describes the categories we use and how we notify customers of changes. Specific vendor names are confirmed in the customer's DPA.
1. Categories of sub-processors
We may engage sub-processors in the following categories:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure (EU region) — storage and compute for the Service.
- Transactional email and SMS delivery — sending booking confirmations and reminders.
- Payment processing — handling your clients' prepayments; payment-card data stays with the provider.
- Error monitoring and operational logging — diagnosing and securing the Service.
2. Safeguards
Each sub-processor is bound by data-protection terms no less protective than our DPA, and we select providers offering appropriate safeguards, with EU hosting by default.
3. Change notifications
We maintain the active list and notify customers of intended additions or replacements so they may object. To subscribe to change notices, contact hello@tevrix.http.lv.
