These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tevrix. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your team's use complies with these terms.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in euros (EUR) on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Your clients' payments are separate
Where the Service supports collecting prepayments or deposits from your own customers, those funds flow through your chosen payment provider directly to you. Tevrix does not hold your clients' funds. Tevrix's own fees are charged to you separately as subscription billing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability except where a separate service-level commitment is agreed in writing. We may perform maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
6. Intellectual property
Tevrix and its licensors retain all rights in the Service and its software. You retain all rights in the data you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service for you.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as-is basis, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable order or, absent that, to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as described in the applicable plan. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data in line with the Privacy Policy. You may export your data before termination where the product provides export tools.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the place of our establishment within the EU, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights. We may update these terms; material changes are signalled by the version and date at the top of this page.
